Did you know a pole fitness lesson can burn up to 250 calories (which is the same as a good gym work out). Pole fitness is a fun way to get fit, increase flexibility, improve posture, tone up, burn calories and improve confidence. For regular beginner’s courses check website for details. All courses are run at Abingdon Dance Studios on a Thursday evening. Each class has a maximum of 12 people which means there are only 2 people to a pole, so classes are kept small - everyone gets a chance to practice. There is no weight limit and the course is suitable for everyone.
